After 20 years in tech, including 5 as CTO, I'm now AI Tech Lead at Coefficy, where I drive the technical transformation of an existing platform: software quality, process industrialization, and integration of AI-assisted development practices.

In parallel, I design and operate several SaaS products as an indie maker — Site-Moderne.fr (AI-automated website redesign for SMEs), Artisandev.fr (editorial platform on AI-augmented engineering), Game-of-Sport.com (sports marketplace). This dual track lets me test on my own products the practices I deploy in companies.
